Morgan Leigh, MFA – President
Glynna McKendree, MBA – Business Manager
Glynna McKendree is a contracts specialist and paralegal with over 30 years of specializing in contract law and small business organization. Glynna’s expertise in developing small businesses into large, successful organizations will help CBA grow into North Texas’s premier dance training facility.
Suzanne Rhodes – Finance Director
Suzanne Rhodes came to the Center of Ballet Arts and BHDT after over 25 years of service in the finance and accounting field with nuclear defense across the nation. She has served as a Program Finance Manager and Business Manager receiving a Vice President Hammer Award honor for Reinventing the Government. She has an outstanding record in government, nonprofit, and profit entities for performance success and accountability and published a hierarchical budget decision priority system for the Department of Energy, Nevada. She also co-instructed Financial Management classes for local chapters of the National Contract Management Association in South Carolina. Suzanne holds a B.S. from Excelsior College and attended Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland, studying classical piano. She is currently serving as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors.
Scott Hurst, MBA FACHE – Business Development Director
Scott joined Children’s Health in August of 2013 as the Director of Network Outreach. In this role, he had direct oversight of the Physician Outreach and Physician Information teams, fiduciary oversight of multiple budgets and developmental responsibility for the integrated networks. In October of 2014, he shifted into a full time management role over the Pediatric Partners integrated network in concert with physician leadership, legal counsel and compliance. Scott and his team of integrated network advisors are committed to seeing Pediatric Partners go from a conceptual idea to a world class group of over 300 pediatricians and pediatric specialists committed to raising quality and lowering cost while delivering an exceptional patient experience. All told, Scott has spent the last 15 years working in the health care arena. Prior to joining Children’s Health, Scott worked with EmCare, the leading provider of emergency medicine services in the United States and with CHRISTUS Spohn Health System in Corpus Christi, TX.
Kathy Brown – Secretary & Costume Design
Kathy Brown is an experienced costume and clothing designer with over 30 years of experience as a seamstress. Her designs have won multiple awards over the years. She is also a seasoned partioner of the arts and has fostered the development of her daughter through the years as she has become a professional dancer and competitive company director for CBA. CBA is proud to have Mrs. Brown on their primary costume designer and Secretary of the Board of Trustees.
